10 hours per month of administrative support for all your agency needs -
Additional hours exceeding block of time will billed at a rate of $50 per hour in a separate invoice
Hours do not roll over month to month.
Time Blocks are paid 100% in advance.
All work and phone time will be tracked and billed in 15 minute increments.
Initial Term is for 12 months beginning on the first of the next month and ending on the final day in the month after 12 consecutive months of billing
Payments will be processed on first of each month.
After 12 months, you can roll into a month to month agreement, enter into a new annual term or termination of services can be requested.
After initial term, pricing may increase due to cost of living adjustments, market changes, services and solutions increases, and economical influences, and could adjust monthly in a month to month format. To avoid potential monthly adjustments, renewing for an additional 12 month term will lock in adjusted pricing for an additional 12 months.
All terminations of services after 12 month term is completed require request to be submitted in writing and no less than 90 days notice.
Terminations occurring within the 12 month agreement require the entire remaining term to be paid in full.
This package is for on-call contractor services, this is not a full time / stand-by employee, calls may not be answered as received, however, contact will be made with clients within 1 business day outside of AEP and OEP.
If election period is active response will be within 1-3 business days.
Includes custom phone number to provide to clients for calls and texting
Hours of availability will be from Mon. - Fri. 11 AM - 3 PM (PST)
Pricing includes
Government holidays, including day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve
1 week vacation per quarter if needed
Notice will be sent at a minimum of 30-60 days in advance
Up to 2 personal days per month if needed.
Notice will be given at a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
